Sauk Prairie’s Mental Health Grant a success after 2 years

A host of experts from the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute presented at last Monday’s Sauk Prairie School Board meeting about the status and progress of year two of the School-Based Mental Health Grant. Introducing facts and data, they left the board feeling confident about the program.

Sacred Heart holds Back to School Night

Sacred Heart Catholic School in Reedsburg will hold a Back to School Night from 4 to 7 p.m. Aug. 26.

There will be food, information, volunteer opportunities, and the chance to meet and greet teachers. Students will also be able to find their classroom and drop off supplies.

In-person registration will take place from 1 to 7 p.m. Aug. 7 and 12 at Reedsburg Area High School.

River Valley School Endowment distributes grants

The River Valley School Endowment recently awarded grants for the 2025/26 school year.  $16,850 was awarded for a total of 9 grants.
